Our backup email services are designed so that you do not lose email in case of an outage to your mail server and so your employees can still conduct business via email thru our continuity services. Our goal has always been to offer a simple solution at an affordable price while realizing the following benefits:

Email for your domain will arrive to our backup email systems only in the event your mail server is unavailable.

There are no caps to the amount of email you can backup on our system, nor are there any caps on the amount of mail traffic that we receive for your accounts. We will spool messages for you up to 14 days and provide unlimited data storage.

You can use our optional email continuity service so that users can still receive and send emails.

Our backup email service comes standard with spam and virus filtering.

Pricing for our backup email services is only $5.99/month per domain. Partnership opportunities are available if you want to provide the services to your clients at a reduced cost.

We understand that email is critical to organizations of all sizes. We utilize a load balanced infrastructure that is highly secure to process several million messages per day for customers around the world. By making a simple change to your DNS MX records our systems will act as a standby system in the event a sending mail server is unable to reach yours. Once the sending mail server detects this they will automatically try to send the message to us. Once the message arrives on our backup email systems we will continually retry sending the message to your server until it comes back online. During this time your users can read and send messages from our systems until your mail server comes back online.
