Our fully redundant services utilize hosting services in Rackspace datacenters in Dallas, Texas and Chicago, Illinois.

Uptime
Every layer of our services are load balanced and we guarantee uptime of 99.99%.

Backups
Our database infrastructure users real-time replication to the offsite Chicago data center. Thus critical transactional database information is backed up and stored off-site in real-time, which will allow us to bring the secondary Chicago data center online quickly in the event of an emergency. Additionally, critical spooled email data is backed up hourly from our spooling servers.

Network Security
We utilize hardened Linux servers for all of our infrastructure. We only expose the services that are necessary to the outside world and channel all of our services through secure load balancers.

Physical Security
Access to the facilities are based on key card access with biometric scanning. Security cameras monitor all data centers with 24x7 onsite staff, providing additional protection against unauthorized entry. Physical security to data centers is audited by independent firms annually.

Compliance
The Rackspace data centers which we host our services out of are compliant with: ISO 27001, SSAE 16 and ISAE 3402 (Previously SAS 70 Type II), SOC 2 and SOC 3.
