Backup MX

Our enterprise email spooling (aka backup MX) services are built to run on our redundant server architecture. There are many companies that provide backup MX services as part of their other offerings. Most do not offer a package of the entire suite of services packaged with email continuity, rolling archive and the following benefits:

• We don't put a quota on your account, nor do we tell you that we can only store a certain amount of emails for your account. We will spool messages for you up to 21 days and provide unlimited data storage.
• We don't nickel and dime you for the amount of messages that we spool for your account or the bandwidth you consume. Your account comes with an unlimited number of messages that we can spool.
• The email spooling comes standard with anti-spam and anti-virus filtering.
• Our email continuity service is bundled with our service so your users can send and receive messages thru our systems even while your primary mail server is down. They can utilize our web based interface or their favorite email client to access the messages.
• Also bundled with our service is our 30 day rolling archiving, which will give your users access to their email history for the previous 30 days prior to your outage.
• All of our accounts include full reporting that shows messages we have received as well as the status of messages our spooling servers are trying to forward you.
