Enterprise Backup MX - By making a simple DNS change and adding our secondary mail exchange (MX) records we're ready to queue messages for you in the event your mail server goes offline. Your administrator account can view a summary of the number of messages queued on our systems. Our service also works with many 3rd party hosted spam filtering solutions.
Email Continuity - Once we have messages queued for your organization we understand your users need access to them. By adding the optional email continuity service to any account we provide backup mx services to, your users can login to our web based system and view their individual queued messages and reply-to or compose new messages. There is also an option of using email clients such as Outlook or those on mobile phones for them to connect to their email on our system and retrieve those messages via Pop3 or Imap.
Rolling Archive - Sometimes when your email server goes down users lose access to their previous email history. With our optional rolling archiving solution coupled with our email continuity service, you can have your most recent 30 days of email history directed and stored on our systems by simply setting up your mail server to send us a copy of those messages as they are received by your mail server.
